Not as bad as some reviews say, but probably not worth even £17, if it was closer to £10 then it would be worth buying. Some interesting game play, but often poorly executed. Campaign will keep you occupied for a day at least, single player against the AI is oftne quite easy though, and unfortuntaley there is never anyone on multiplayer, althought if there was this may be enjoyable.
I bought this game, because I am a great fan of the books and the series. So what I expected was something like Battle for Middle earth inside the Game of Thrones Universe. What I got was something completely different. Except for one unique unit of each house, theirs nothing that would remind you of the books, And I'm sorry to say that these units suck too. This game definitely has got some interesting features, but there's way too much micro and less macro, as well as fighting system is not really a system. It's just about right clicking enemies. I would not recommend it to buy this game, if you are a Game of Thrones fan.
