The Vampire Diaries is one of if not my favourite show. It will have you hooked from episode one! If you love fantasy and anything vampire related you are sure to enjoy this show!

Love sucks but nights in don't have to, with the release of the first two seasons of The Vampire Diaries together in one fang-tastic box set. The cast are obnoxiously beautiful (and all the more so in HD thanks to this Blu-ray release). The twists are shocking and the lust is palpable in this vampire teen drama. Season one introduces us to Elena Gilbert (Nina Dobrev), the shows take on the conflicted girl in love with a vampire archetype (who mentioned Twilight?), her brooding, furrowed-brow lover Stefan and his amoral, unpredictable brother Damon (each played to perfect effect by Paul Wesley and Ian Somerhalder, respectively). But there are more sinister things afoot in the southern town of Mystic Falls than the return of the brothers Salvatore to their ancestral home: shadowy councils, family secrets, evil doppelgangers and more break-ups than you can shake a stake at. Sultry, sexy and full of supernatural scandal, Vampire Diaries is a must-see for anyone with a thirst for entertainment to quench.

missed vampire diaries first time round so looked for series 1 2 and 3 and found this at a brilliant price cheaper then any other retailer plus you get series 1 and 2 very pleased

One of the best shows out there in my opinion, even better on Blu-Ray quality! Would buy if I didn't already have it! A+
