This game takes from the old hitman games and adds current gen graphics and smoother and slicker controls, which makes it both more visually appealing than previous installments (most are over a decade old and can look dated) and more user friendly and refined in relation to the controls. The quicksave function has been scrapped and replaced for a checkpoint function, which can be a tad frustrating if you have made progress through a level and get caught, you will have to retrace your steps if you are after a perfect level run. The introduction of challenges makes each level immensely replayable, giving you completion bonuses for performing each of the stealth kills and accidental kills per level. There is also bonuses for disguising as all the available characters on each level, which can be an interesting and rewarding experience. If you are already a fan of the Hitman games, you are more than likely going to enjoy this installment. If you have never played before, this is one of the easier ones to get into, so would be a fantastic introduction to the series. Bottom line, great game at a great price. If you are bored of the generic FPS and Sports titles churned out every year, give this stealth/action title with a long prestigious pedigree a shot.

Hitman: Absolution is a very good game, there are many ways to kill! It's very fun, may be a little bit short, but as I said there are so many ways to kill you can redo missions many times!

Hitman: Absolution is a great game. It has good voice acting, great graphics and a great storyline that makes this game one of the best releases of the past year.

Hitman: Absolution is an fantastic stealth game. The AI is great, there are lots of different routes you can take, and plenty of ways to kill your target, the story is good and the voice acting is great, but is it a true Hitman game? It seems like you spend most of the time moving from A - B in the story mode rather than actually planning and executing your kills. It's often not until halfway through a level you will even be assigned a target(s) to kill, however I can forgive this due to the massive amount of challenges to do on each level, and the contracts mode.
