Classic animation that everyone can enjoy. With plenty of puns and silly jokes that I love. A good price for many hours of fun.

I got Danger Mouse: 30th Anniversary Edition for my Dad as he was a big Danger Mouse fan and he loves it. The quality of the programs are very good and it brings back a lot of memories from being a child in the early 90s. This is a must by for any Danger Mouse fan.
I'm so pleased to find Danger Mouse: 30th Anniversary Edition. The humour is just up my street. The product has arrived intact, undamaged and amazingly quickly.
Oh my god! All of Dangermouse at your fingertips. I couldn't ask for more! These wonderful cartoons never get boring, with rapier wit and Penfold. What's not to like?
Before CGI, before precocious American cartoons, there were obnoxious British rodents ... saving the world! Sardonic Danger Mouse (David Jason) and his inept sidekick Penfold are back after 30 years. Every episode is presented over 10 DVD discs, along with photo galleries, a game, interviews and behind the scenes making ofs. The best is seeing Jason and his costars voice DM, Penfold, Baron Greenback, etc. It's amazing that each scene was drawn, stenciled, hand painted, photographed, moved and so one. The animation may be rudimentary by today's standards and some of the jokes a bit too repetitive to justify an enjoyable movie marathon, but this is a fun nostalgic set to dip into once in a while. A highlight is the unseen character of the narrator who gradually subverts the series tongue-in-cheek as it goes on. Also included is the pilot episode voiced by different actors in a Scottish style. A curio, if nothing more, to make one appreciate the final product. Sendit had this heavily discounted from its recommended £49.95 retail price which makes it excellent value!
I brought this boxset for a bit of nostalgia and I am so glad that I did. I was worried that the episodes and the characters might have lost some of their appeal but I am pleased to say that they have not. From hearing the opening theme tune (which can get a bit annoying after a while) to hearing the wonderful voices of David Jason (Dangermouse) and Terry Scott (Penfold), I was once more transported back to my innocent childhood days. This series is ageless and I know that it will still appeal to all, whether you are three or a hundred and three. The evil Baron Silas Greenback will still have you booing silently and the dulcet tones of Stilletto (si Barone) will bring back the memories for all. Well worth buying.
