Halo: Combat Evolved changed the FPS genre in a radical way, establishing a new standard for console games. This 343 industries' remake honors such a masterpiece, proposing the identical efficient and thrilling gameplay, but using a new admirable HD graphics. I recommend this product to the fans of the brand and to the whole FPS gamers that missed it.

Halo: Combat Evolved is an amazing game. I played the original Halo: Combat Evolved on PC. I enjoyed it a lot. Now, when I bought Halo Anniversary I can enjoy the original Halo once again. The gameplay is the same as you remember it. The graphics are greatly improved and the music is remixed. If you are nostalgic for the old version, you can easily switch to it. You can also switch on the old music. There is also a 3D mode, but I wasn't able to test it. Inside you can find a code that enables you to download the Anniversary Map Pack for Halo: Reach for free. This is a great addition since I am playing Halo: Reach multiplayer a lot.

Fantastic game!

A fantastic game for people who like FPS! Very good remastered game.

Great games, it is a pleasure to replay a good old Xbox classic. The game is intact and the textures are new. A must have for Halo fans.

Excellent game with a great take on both the original & revamped versions. To be able to switch between old & new is what gives this game the full 5 stars.

Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary is amazing from the get go. The graphical improvement is incredible and it has one of the best game stories of all time.

Good game , nice remake , worth it for most halo fans

Started with Halo Reach a few weeks ago and loved it. Combat Evolved Anniversary is a remake of the first title. Special feature: switch between original and new optic, game play stays the same. Game play, enemies and control is OK, compared to actual games (especially concerning graphics) a little outdated. Anyway good value for money when on special offer. For fans somehow or other a must have. Would by it again.
