Skylanders is an excellent game for young gamers who will like using the portal to change characters as often as they like. Great graphics and hours of enjoyment!

I got this game for my 2 sons for Xmas but. all the family play it. It keeps them entertained for ages, swapping characters and redoing levels. The only thing I will say is that it works out a bit expensive having to buy the other characters for the game.

I brought Skylanders for my nephew, and he was over the moon! He immediately started playing it, and does at every chance he gets. The game changes all of the time, thanks to the different characters that come with it, and you can purchase others to extend game-play further. I personally think this is suitable for both adults and kids. The kids love it so much, my 11 year old niece now wants it and is even willing to pay for it herself out of her money she has saved. It's that good of a game. I highly recommend it.

The Skylander Starter Pack arrived very quickly, was cheaper than anywhere else I had looked and was in great condition. It's an awesome game which you can play for hours and not realise it. Really bright and colourful, easy to play, very humorous and I can't wait to get more characters for it. Five star rating to both the game and Zavvi.com!

Spyros Adventure: Skylanders is a great game, bought it for my grandson and he can't praise it enough. Loads of characters to add to it as well.

Bought this for my 5 year old son and he loves it so much that we are quite addicted to buying the different people for it. It's amazing as they can pick who they want to play with and change at a drop of a hat. If you have a child who loves games you have to get this!

This game seems to have gone down very well with my 9 year old. It's quite genius the way this game has been put together incorporating trading cards (top trumps style), and the changeable characters. It reallsy adds something to the existing genre. Also means more money though! The starter pack comes with the portal (which plugs into the Xbox 360) and 3 figures to get started. I understand from other reviews that the Wii and PS3 version have wireless portals. I don't understand why Xbox have not followed suit since it would have been easy to to make it wireless. The game itself is easy to set up no instructions needed just follow what's on screen. It's very much in the style of the original Spyro crossed with Kameo. Very child friendly.
