Your Shape Fitness Evolved is brilliant! At last, video games are not just for couch potatoes!

I've been playing it for over a week now and it's just great! You can built your own fitness programme and fix the route you would like to train, from coach potatoes to marathon athlete! I really didn't expect it to be so good, especially from Ubisoft! I'm trying to train every day so I discover more and more!

Great workout! Fun game!

This game is perfect for those who don't have enough time to go the gym or only need a little exercise to maintain fitness skills. In the game you have a few different levels of skills, and a few types of exercises, so you will find one that suits you. It's not a game, it is a full workout and fitness program.

This is a pretty good exercise game. It works perfectly well for people that aren't happy about their bodies. If you use it just for exercise, then you'll probably finish it, finding you've had so much fun. One thing is for sure: from buying it, you're making moves!

With your shape 2012, I hoped some custom exercise to train myself and I was very happy when I saw that it was possible. This game has all the stuff that the 2011 one missed out. It's a really great game to maintain yourself in good shape, and health.

Your Shape Fitness Evolved 2012 is fun but exhausting. You can burn calories but it is not necessarily accurate as you cannot input your actual weight. Apart from that, the game is fun and there is a wide variety of programs to choose from. You can also create your own personal program if you'd prefer.

Your Shape Fitness Evolved 2012 is a fantastic fitness game/trainer! I would get definitely give 5 stars if the guide would be more clear what's to do for your personal plan. Only recommended sessions are blue flagged but no how to or what first. Otherwise it is a clear 5 Stars! Fantastic game, especially the Thai Chi and Zen exercises.

To call this a "game" is unfair. This is no game, it is a serious attempt at providing kinect owners with a home fitness program they can use in front of their TV. My wife and I have been using this for a number of weeks now and we use it on a daily basis to supplement other exercise activity such as the gym, bike riding and pilates. The program offers a good mix of activities for a range of fitness levels. There are enough different activities that you can pick and choose between them and can avoid ones you dislike (such as the dance style workouts in my case). The good accuracy and quick responsiveness of the program shows how much kinect games have advanced in the last year. On the down side the activities can be a little difficult to learn but have some patience and you can get the hang of each activity. Also like all kinect products you need quite a bit of room to use it properly. A set of hand weights are needed for some of the activities and if you get serious about using the program I would suggest you get some. If you are looking for a home fitness program to use in front of your TV then I can easily recommend this product.
