Dynasty Warriors Next is fantastic. I've enjoyed the Dynasty warriors series since Dynasty Warriors 2. This installment is the best I've played yet. It has 2 full exciting game modes; 1. Conquest which is similar to the empires games, conquering territories by winning fights. 2. Campaign mode which is similar to the traditional musou mode on previous titles, progressing through the same story of the romance of the 3 kingdoms. Prior to this the most recent Dynasty Warriors game I played was Dynasty Warriors 6, but graphically this is superior despite being on a handheld also the load times are shorter. The touch screen contols are intuitive, and it spices up the combat a bit. Guiding your officers around the map with the touch screen is a nice touch too. This is a fantastic game that shows off the Vita magnificently.

This game is awesome its a must buy on the vita. If you played the others you wont feel far from home. If this is the first a nice blend of graphics and play style wont take you long to enjoy. vita features have been implemented quite well and you don't even know you are using them (it feels natural and would be wrong without!). Nice ad-hoc multilayer too with four different modes. PLUS character creation!! which can be used both in conquest mode and multilayer modes!

This game is brilliant! It takes me back to the days on dynasty warriors 4, 5 and 6. It uses all the features of the PS Vita and uses them well. If you have liked any on the other Dynasty Warriors games then this is must buy! They have changed the story line to make it similar to Dynasty Warriors 7 and makes you use characters that you wouldn't normally use which makes it had to pick a favourite player! It is the cheapest to buy on Zavvi.
