This is a great game, and surely the best on the Wii system. A long, passionate story across various open and dynamic areas, this is fabulous. After a few minutes you forget the graphics and get into the essence of the game and the story's plot. Forget other RPGs where you spend time farming. Here you play to discover the countryside, the various environment, and learn about the people and the stories. It's really one of the best game I have played in the last year! I hope there will be a HD version on Wii U.
There's just one word to describe Xenoblade Chronicles - epic!
Xenoblade Is excellent with an ample amount of stuff to do, an engaging storyline interesting characters and expansive environments. The Characters English voices can be a bit Hammy at times but it does not hurt the game all that much. the subtitle can be at odds when using the Japanese Voices due to the English version having different character names.
This game is the answer to gamers who complain that they just don't make them the way they used to. Rather than wasting time with graphics, the developers have clearly prioritised gameplay experience. It has paid off too! Given that, these are the best graphics on the Wii.
Xenoblade Chronicles is the best Japanese RPG of this generation. The fact that it looks like it's from the last generation is its only drawback, but its technical limitations are offset by imaginative artistic direction, innovative and compelling combat, and thoughtful design. It's a throwback to the glory days of the genre, proof that there are always new ways to tell a story. If you've ever felt neglected by the lack of in-depth gaming epics on the Wii, you owe it to yourself to buy this. Thoroughly enjoyable and beautiful.
Xenoblade Chronicles really is a masterpiece. The story is very beautiful and well narrated, the gameplay is fresh and addictive, the open world is really fun to explore and full of secrets, the music's gorgeous, the graphics are well done for a Wii game with astonishing views and it has a very fast loading time (in a single very big zone, you can warp to one point to another in no time at all). The equipment is also great, and you can change your playable character in any moment (before a fight), with different moves and playstyle. It's surely one of the best jrpg of this generation, i think maybe the best.
Xenoblade has a good story, an engaging battle system, and a wonderful art design. Vast, open spaces make for few load times. Plenty of side quests. Being for the Wii is the biggest knock against this title.

I'd recommend this game to anyone who owns a Wii and is a fan of the role playing genre. The game offers the player the chance to explore a vast world, an interesting battle system and a great soundtrack.
An absurdly open JRPG with gameplay akin to Final Fantasy XII. The game's story is excellent, English VO is surprisingly good, and the art is absolutely beautiful. This is arguably the best JRPG of the current console generation.
