Excellent game. If you like simulation or RTS games, this is for you. You can have play as standard city building game or both city simulation and RTS. This is SimCity meets WarCraft. Great balance and combination between city building simulation and strategic combat. It even has some RPG elements. Be warned though, this will be a HUGE time sink because you won't want to stop playing :)

I first admit that when Ubisoft annouces an Anno in the future, I was a little bit skeptic. Always in the past until now, the Anno Serie would be as good in the future ? I can now give answer this question: it is. The gameplay is almost the same, with some welcome modifications/additions, always addictive. I was afraid the music (a strong point of the Annos) would not follow the gameplay quality but it does. Of course it changes a lot from the oldest one but it is always in line with the atmosphere. And, taking the same path that its predecessor, the game is really pleasant to see. A must have !

A really good addition to the series. With much improved UI and graphics. Anno 2070 offers more scope and levels. Tons of building options and missions both offline and online. A very well programmed and well thought out game. If your like me and into Age of Empires and Settlers type strategy games, then you'll love this.
