Loved it, amazing series even better on blu-ray.

From cinematic forth the precursor to many new series, not least the remake of Battlestar Galactica , Firefly has very similar to the battleship a completely different charm. The characters are not heroes or supermen , but just the opposite. They are battered souls , some more some less , they are lawless vagabonds in a dangerous galaxy. And yet sometimes just flashes every now and again to humanity , but alternates with hardness . But this very non- superhero with errors and " quirks " let the series appear more credible and realistic and make it also very exciting and interesting. Technically, the series is just excellent and very intent on realism. In space there is no sound - once again - and the ships fly ( semi) realistic maneuvers. The whole is then provided with a good dose of humor and a quick-witted wordplay sitting in the really inopportune moments . All in all a real pleasure and highly recommended. That the show was canceled despite relatively good ratings is just a crime, even when you see what else is on TV.

Firefly - The Complete Series is one of the best TV shows ever, sadly it only got to run for a short season without a proper ending. But it has a great mixture of western, sci-fi and action with just the right amount of humour, great actors and a great setting. A must see for any fan of the mentioned genres!

Firefly is the most critically acclaimed Science-Fiction show ended prematurely by Fox and its board of nonsense. Despite having only 14 episodes this TV show has a legendary following and is recommended to people of all ages, shapes and sizes.

Best Series ever!

Firefly - The Complete Series is one of Joss Whedon's less known shows. This is such an interesting concept based around a crew of what you might describe as 'outlaws' in space, just trying to make ends meet in a futuristic new world. This has interesting characters with the quirky Whedon wit. This is a must watch show for any Sci-fi fan.

It's a shame they never made more Firefly, but it's still a great show and a bargain at this price.

Firefly - The Complete Series is first class. Excellent service from zavvi and the story lines are top notch. I couldn't find a bad episode! All in all, very pleased with everything.

Firefly is a really good show to watch - it's a mystery as to why this series was stopped after just one season. This is a nice transfer. I received fast shipping at a great price.
