Can't speak highly enough of this. It's the funniest thing I've seen in years and would urge you to watch it if you love to laugh, because laughter is the best medicine. My stomach ached from laughing so much. Watch this!

Such a quality programme. Karl Pilkington is the essence of the little Englander, hates anything new, hates anything he doesn't understand, and any foodstuff that doesn't contain pickled onion Monster Munch must be dodgy! There is no greater joy than watching his brow furrow as time and time again he is taken out of his comfort zone. I'm coming to the end of season 1, and can't wait to watch season 2. At a bargain price too, must not be missed!

An enjoyable journey through the eyes of an average everyday person (ok an idiot) in Karl pilkington. he says the things most people would say and not like the usual boring tv personalities who just waffle on using pretty long descriptive words. These are very funny dvds 1 and 2 and personally prefer series 2 especially in Japan and the hippo in the house. Maybe it is just me but these dvds are not boring even a 2nd or 3rd time as there is always something to see again, my wife and i loved them and it is just a fun enjoyable watch. the filming is very well done i hope this helps in your choice to buy this box set or even the individual sets but at this price in zavvi.com is unbeatable value thats comparing to play.com, hmv and amazon have fun and enjoy
