great game to end a great series. and the whole upgrade they did to horde mode is brilliant, I haven't stopped playing it.Gears 3 has a great story to it. and the characters are both believable and awesome. (the Cole train and Baird are my favourite). and the introduction of 4 player on-line co-op is an extra goody that me and my friends enjoyed. don't expect to get all achievements though as seriously 3.0 is harder than the first two...and I didn't think that was possible till I saw it.

Difficult game, to continue and finish of a difficult series, but absolutely brilliant. 4 player online Co-op is great as well. As usual, the gears of war series delivers really interesting plots, right up there with the Final Fantasy series for producing some of the most engrossing games of all time.

Amazing graphics and increidbly intricate environments. This game was pretty stunning visually, and Dom and Marcus continue to entertain, along with a few new characters to keep the narrative fresh after the last 2. As always, Gears of War has some of the best narratives that you'll find in shooters anywhere, so if you like to combine your storytelling games and action - this one is definitely for you.

Excellent Steelbook Edition!!!

Gears of War 3: Steelbook Edition is another masterpiece. The missions are great and the game is truely epic. Buy it!

If you have an Xbox 360, Gears of War 3 is a must have! It has really good solo gameplay, and incredible multiplayer gameplay. The graphics are good and the whole game really is just perfect. The steelbook looks great aswell.

The Gears series ends on a huge high. A new improved graphics engine make this final entry one of the best looking games on the Xbox 360. The action is non stop, the set pieces are huge and glorious. There is even some tragedy mid way through the game that leaves a lump in your throat. Live play has been tweaked as well and is as smooth and frantic as ever. This is a must own game and should be in everyone's Xbox 360 collection. Simply fantastic.

Gears of War 3 is the best Gears of War game yet. It's visually stunning, and a lot of fun to play, especially the single player story and co-op modes.

Gears of War 3: Steelbook Edition is a great product that I would thoroughly recommend to anyone who is interested in the series!
