Gran Turismo 5 is a great game.

Gran Tursimo 5 is a great car game. For those who enjoy pure driving, mechanics and worldwide automobile, this is a game you should buy. Besides the great realism in driving cars, there is also spectacular realism on the track. Superb.

Unbelievable details on the cars and background. The biggest collection of cars for all driving games, a must have if you love racing! The only down side might be that it does not have a story line like all the need for speed games, therefore if you prefer exciting story to picture quality, go for the need for speed series.

I'm not good at racing games, nor my interest is usually caught from games in which acceleration and cars are the main elements of fun. And yet there has been always something different with the Gran Turismo series: starting from the PSX title, it was the only racing series to which I was honestly interested in. The cars at your disposal seems infinite. The possibility of tuning them and using them to prove your worth around many competitions makes this game engaging. This entry offers a personal garage, some difference in arcade modes and all the good things of the predecessors. Very remarkable graphics make it a visual lullaby of joy for your eyes, making you comfortable with what's going on the screen. One good thing about Gran Turismo is how it manages to easily draw in people that are not familiar with the racing genre, stimulating your curiosity to go on and find a car that can give you satisfaction in every competition. Highly recommended to fans and people new to the genre.

Nothing new to say about the simulation part - it is a great game for sure! I only have one regret, which is the graphics of the track-sides. It's quite dead and flat! It is obviously not a major problem, but it strongly reduces immersion. At each race with some public, I cannot stop focusing on static characters and others who repeat the same arm movement again and again and again. I think it would be better without those characters.

Gran Turismo 5 is an excellent game.

The classic racing game with many many many cars and circuits. Maybe a little boring, but it's a classic that you must have.
