I can't say anything about the product as its a christmas present so not been opened yet. I do think it was excellent value as I found you to be cheaper than all the other sites I looked at. Also arrived very quickly and packed well 10/10

Turtle Beach X12 Pro Gaming Headset are excellent headphones with superior sound with digital clarity, base, treble can adjust to suit. This is a must buy for any gamer.

Really pleased with these. Got my son them a couple of years ago and he absolutely loves them. Really good sound quality, so got my daughter them too.

I brought this Turtle Beach: X12 Pro Gaming Headset for my 15 year old son and he is absolutely delighted with it.

This Turtle Beach: X12 Pro Gaming Headset only worked for a short time before they became faulty. I would not recommend them.

ThisTurtle Beach: X12 Pro Gaming Headset is good but it's not for me. I would recommend them if you do not have bad headaches caused by gaming.
