Metal Gear Solid HD Collection is definitely one of the greatest games for the Vita. I really liked how Konami added touchscreen support for the menus. Also the graphics are impressive, especially for the Vita.

The games in Metal Gear Solid HD Collection are 5/5, no doubt, but I have to lower my rating because it's missing Peace Walker and mostly because it didn't have cross-buy (I had to purchase this again after buying it for PS3).

Metal Gear Solid HD Collection has been one of my favorite in ps2 but now it looks a bit old graphically but on ps vita, the sensation are well conserved. Recommend

Metal Gear Solid HD Collection is a quality series that is tailored well to the PS Vita. Complete with all the extras and touch screen compatibility, it looks great and the controls are surprisingly good. The only downside is the lack of peace walker, which is a strange choice. Anyway it's still one of the best Vita games.

The Metal Gear Solid games are amazing. If anyone has never played these titles before, now is the time play pretty much the best games ever. The graphics are amazing - that's why it's called the HD collection, and the new touch screen functionality gives players ease when selecting weapons by just touching, which is very cool. This is a must-buy for the PS Vita.

I've been a big fan of the Metal Gear Solid series since the days of PS1. The Vita handles these two titles brilliantly and makes them a pleasure to play in high definition on the handheld. I'm a little disappointed Peacewalker wasn't added to the collection too but this by no means detracts from this being a standout Vita title.
