This "game" is trying to do something very different. You can choose different modes of play and meditation and you are told the basics about chakras etc. I am sure that this is not meant for experts but it's a very good introduction. I found the most useful section of Leela is the chakra based meditation, which focuses your attention on specific areas of your body, including breathing exercises that leave you feeling relaxed. Leela teaches you correct posture and pose while doing these exercises and allows you to feel centered by using simple instruction, delightful music and beautiful graphics. Given what I have seen of the online demos for the xbox 360 kinect version and the way it uses the kinect technology, it may be the better version to buy if you have both systems, but I am very happy with the Wii edition. Overall great for beginners like me.
