Great game, currently got about two thirds through leveling my first character, its such a different experience from a normal MMO, you arent questing just to get the next level, half the time to be honest i don't notice the levels pass by, I find myself questing to find out what happens next in the story. There are some downsides, the user interface can be a bit clunky, especially where grouping is concerned, its very possible to play the entire game without ever talking to another player , which many will think is a negative where MMO's are concerned, and some classes have a steep learning curve . The group missions you find along the way very in quality, flashpoints at the beginning are great, with a nice story, later ones dont really have as much, and the on planet group quests are really just missions with beefed up mobs. The game is all about the story though, and from the first second, you care about your character, and the companions you pick up along the way, so if you want some story led rpg with the ability to group with other when you feel like, this one hits the mark.

I was pretty sure SWTOR would turn out to be a pretty decent game, I was surprised by the huge amount of content. The voice acting and animations are just purely beautiful. Not only, but SWTOR has many storylines either for the Republic or the Empire or the different classes. To fully discover all the classes in SWTOR and its world you would need about more than 500 hundred hours and after that, the fun would still not stop with new content that will be eventually added to the game by the publisher. This is an ideal MMO not only for a Star Wars fan, but really also for all PC players - casual or serious about gaming. I haven't had such a great experience from a game in a very long time. SWTOR is certainly worth the money, strongly recommend!

I bought Star Wars: The Old Republic for my wife for Christmas and she loves it. She has been an avid player of MMORPGs over the last few years, (such as World of Warcraft, RIFT and Guild Wars, to name a few) and she has been blown away by the quality of the game. She particularly likes the fact that the game has a meaningful story, and that all of the NPCs are voiced. These are just a couple of the main elements of the game that sets it apart from other MMORPGs out there. Highly recommended by my wife!

Star Wars: The Old Republic is an amazing game, with an indepth story and exciting PVP. Exploring various worlds, fight using the force or various cool sci-fi weapons. Aid the Republic or fight for the Empire, it's your choice play numerous classes from: a smuggler like Han Solo to a Sith Assassin using the force to hide in the shadows. Well worth checking out this amazing game that will draw you in and keep you playing!

Its basically World of Warcraft with a star wars skin. Been playing for a month now and i would give it 4.5/5 just because i played star wars galaxies for 4 years and i prefered that so much better. If you were able to build your own houses on planets and free fly in space like on SWG i would giv it the 5/5 it deserves. Overall Exellent game :D

Star Wars: The Old Republic is a new generation MMORPG with all the thrills WOW had plus more! After playing the Beta and then Early Access I have tried various classes and have to say that all seem to have interesting skills and abilities to keep you well entertained. The story lines make questing alot more fun, and actually keep you glued to the screen wanting to know whats going to come next! The Dark and Light side skill points give you that unique feel to your character, bringing opportunities like never before. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone new or old to MMOs as this will be worth anyones money!

Hello reader, Swtor is an amazing the best MMO out at the moment.

I was looking forward to SWTOR for literally years! I got the early access a couple of weeks ago and i thought the game was amazing right away. Some of the game play is a complete copy of world of warcraft but there are also many differences. This game is brilliant and a definite buy of any star wars or MMORPG fans. I have put 4/5 only because there are a few bugs that need fixing but i am sure within the next few weeks they will be fixed. I hope you buy and enjoy this game, may the force be with you people! MCOHM
