There is a good range of songs. I have volume 1 but skipped 2 as too few of the songs appealed. There are some rather silly quirks, such as characters "phoning" you after performances which add to the hilarity of the exercise but are ultimately necessary. I would have preferred if both of the original songs from regionals were featured, as both are excellent but never mind. The yearbook feature is good but I find it a little odd that after bothering to include a guide book in the case, the manufacturers focus upon fairly obvious explanations of what Wii remote buttons do and then fail to include any explanation of the different game modes, including what the shooting star game is for or how to play it properly! Either way, the songs are still good and there's lots of fun to be had for you and your friends, even if the timing and tuning is a little questionable!
