The hardcore action/horror game I've been waiting for on the 3DS! It's a mix of the original puzzle solving game, and the more recent engine from Resident Evil 4 and 5. The circle pad pro makes a big difference, as it makes movement and shooting much smoother. Although this add on looks like a bucket of smashed crabs, it is extremely comfy and easy to use.

If you have been a fan of the series then you will definitely be satisfied with this as this takes you back to the roots of survival horror keeping you on your toes. With the added circle pad, it makes it so much easier to be able to walk and shoot making the experince even more fun. The 3D on default level is decent, however crank it up to very strong and it becomes amazing. Currently this is one of the best games on the 3DS so far so it is a recommended buy, if you weren't satified with Resident Evil 5, this will restore your hopes in the series.

This game is one of the best Resedient evil games ever made. It shows off the power the 3ds has and when you add the circle pad pro to this game it feels perfect for a first or third person shooting game. The story is very well written and it is the game that Resedient evil 5 should have been.

Played for a couple of hours now, atmospheric addictive gameplay with great graphics and gripping storyline. Easy to control with the circle pap pro. Great game, one of the best I've played on 3DS.

After the Action game Resident Evil 5 everything seemed to be heading away from survival horror but Revelations is a good mixture. The long enclosed corridors of the ship bring back not being able to see the enemies but hear them around corners, how close are they? Personally I enjoyed every minute, my first play through was 8 hours and couldn't put it down. If you like Resident Evil or Third person shooters you will love this. The circle Pad pro is a brilliant attachment. It doesn't look too great but is ergonomically sound and maes it possible to move and shoot at the same time. Gameplay 9/10 Brilliant controls like resident evil 4 but keeps the scare elements. Graphics 10/10 Best I have seen on 3DS. Sound 8/10 Used well for dramatic cues. Characters 8/10 The original characters you love but some of the new ones are quite annoying. Story 9/10 Brilliant classic Resident Evil story, nice twists and awesome settings. The best part is everytime you think the game is nearing its end, it isn't. Overall 9/10 Get this game!

It's a great game and even better with the circle pad pro. It was hard to resist this Zavvi exclusive so pre-ordered it about a month in advance and definitely do not regret it. Resident Evil goes back to its horror roots with this title, and what makes this bundle so good is that the controls are vastly improved with the use of the circle pad which is a peripheral that I'm sure will be handy for future titles too.

Another killer app arrives on the 3DS, this game looks and plays amazing, and with use of the circle pad pro the controls have improved since Resident Evil 5 (you can move whilst you aim).. With Online co-op missions to play and weapons, characters and skins to unlock there is plenty to do in this game, its worth every penny.

An absolutely awesome game! Resident Evil back on form in my opinion. So lucky I was able to buy the circle pad pro bundle..the best deal out there and the circle pad pro works incredibly well.

This game is a nice addition to the RE franchise and really show what the 3DS is capable of. The parts of the game on the ship were done well with dark rooms and narrow corridors where enemies known as Ooze can pop out of anywhere (even washing machines). Other parts of the game features other characters and more action are also great (some people may disagree for some reason). This game also has some of the best boss battles as well. Also, the raid mode that is unlocked is also fun and surprisingly addictive. All in all it is a great game with some scares throughout. The circle pad pro also makes the controls of the game a lot easier, but the controls are good enough without it if you don't want it.

Yes, the Circle Pad Pro looks like a cheap nasty add-on that makes your 3DS look ridiculous. But get it in your hand and it just feels like a regular joypad. Combine that with a game that uses it properly, like Resident Evil: Revelations, and you could just be playing a 360 game. In short, these two together allow the 3DS to match the best the PS Vita can throw. And they're bundled! Excellent, although annoyingly Zavvi have raised the price since release. Not so good value anymore. As for Resident Evil itself, it really is a fine game. Not quite up there with 4 but arguably better than 5, it's a bit of a shame the game's just about weird monsters and not zombies or Las Plagas but that doesn't make it any less fun. A tie with Mario 3D Land for the 3DS' best game, and certainly the most essential for any fans of RE.
