Dirt: Showdown is not a bad game, but tends to get a bit annoying as it will always prompt you to go online. It feels like a cut down version of Dirt 4 without the tracks. I had issues trying to join up to Racenet with the code provided and gave up. Apart from the lack of tracks and annoying online prompting, the graphics are good and the price is right.
Dirt: Showdown is a nice game but a little bit unrealistic but is a great price.
Good game like demolition derby. At a bargain price too.
I found Dirt: Showdown to be the furthest away from a rally simulator so far but as this seems to be intended, it makes a great spiritual sequel to destruction derby. Theirs even plenty of precision/stunt driving thrown in with the plethora of content. This is highly recommended for the price.
The DiRT series started off strong but lost some of its charm as the series continued the games becoming difficult to handle but Showdown brings the fun back. Combining elements that make DiRT fun with elements of games such as Burnout makes a great game. Things are more relaxed, crashing and drifting is a must. Best DiRT game in a long time worth picking up
Dirt is quite funny - especially with a friend in split screen. But single player mode totally lacks a story. You can just choose different challenges/race types in a row.
The career mode in Dirt: Showdown is too short, the tracks are too flat and predictable, and the option to design your own vinyl on the cars is downright missing from the game, especially for the multi-player. On the good side, theres plenty of cars to choose from, the different modes are fun and addictive and the aggressive high-rev motor sounds from the cars is topping it all off nicely.
Dirt: Showdown is a fantastic game with top graphic!
I was not sure if Showdown is as good as Dirt 2 and 3 because of the Low Price and I had never heard of it in the past, but it's a fantastic game and I love it.
Dirt: Showdown is very funny and entertaining. Split screen and online playable are also very funny
