Now I have always been a huge fan of Arrow .. the fan label .. if you will. They have always put out terrific releases of fan favourites .. until now!! I own the DVD of The House by the Cemetery from Arrow and it looks sumptuous, so I would have expected them to pull out the stops for the Blu-ray release. How wrong was I?! This release is almost unwatchable to the point of it being a shimmering, flickering snowstorm of a mess! Not even close to high definition quality. I contacted Arrow thinking I had a faulty disk and they came back saying "we are proud of the release and that is the way it is supposed to look". Beware!! What is strange is that the US release is nothing like this .. very odd.
