Good ending to the AC2 trilogy

4 stars out of a maximum of 5

If you liked Assassin's Creed 2 and Brotherhood, you'll have to pick up Revelations. It concludes the story of Ezio and even Altair gets his cameo. Gameplay doesn't differ all that much from the latest two Assassin's Creed games, and that's not a bad thing. They added some new features and weapons, I especially liked the new bomb mechanics. Furthermore Revelations very well sums up the story of the Ezio trilogy and makes way for the new storyline in AC3. So all in all it's the Assassin's Creed experience you're used to and love.

One of the saga' best

Maybe Assassin's Creed is not one of your favorite games of current generation, but in fact Revelations is the most accurate since first came out. Better graphics, better control, better game play and still enough challenges for gamers.

Assassins Creed Revelations

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

Assassin's Creed Revelations is the best in the series. You have to follow Ezio again (his even more badass in this one!). He aged quite a bit but that doesnt stop him. The new Hookblade is an awesome new feature to the series and should be included in upcoming AC games. The online is improved with more unlocks and you can customise your persona. You will keep coming back to the multiplayer for months to come. Going back to the story, it's told in a very good way and will keep you playing and wont make you drop the controller until you finish. There is some bad points: the game is very easy and you will only die if you misjudge a ledge and fall to your death. There's also some textures popping in and out, which don't ruin the gameplay but will make the game look a bit poor. Overall the game is amazing.

Great game

4 stars out of a maximum of 5

Asassin's Creed: Revelations continues the great story from previous iterations with some minor tweaks to the gameplay. It can be hard to differentiate between this and previous games because it looks, feels and plays the same. Sticking to a successful formula, is not necessarily a bad thing. It's definitely one to pick up and play.

Doesn't Disappoint!

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

The third in the series starring the Renaissance period Ezio. It is an excellent sequel to ACII and Brotherhood and introduces new game-play elements to keep the series refreshing. Constantinople is enchanting and so is the cyberworld in which present-day Desmond finds himself in his quest to discover the ever elusive truth about his origins and destiny. Looking forward to AC III!

More of the same...Still high quality though

So... Assassin's Creed: Revelations is very similar to Assassin's Creed 2 and Brotherhood, but this time with a new city and a few new gameplay elements. There are loads of things to do in the game, so for the cheap price zavvi sells it at it's a good value title. It doesn't reinvent the series, but it does provide more of it to play through. A solid choice.

Assassin's Creed Revelations Classic

4 stars out of a maximum of 5

Assassin's Creed Revelations is a good game, and a fine ending to the story. But it has lost at little of the speed of the previous games. The game also lacked the riddles, which left you without the mindtwisting challenges found in previous games. As a fan of Assassin´s Creed you must have this game to get a conclusion. Overall, I found the game entertaining.
