Nike+ Kinect Training is the ultimate fitness game. It helps to develop all aspects of fitness. From beginner to pro level, it's a must have.

If you want a good coach at home, to be motivated and to sweat, Nike+ Kinect Training is what you need. The body tracking is excellent and so is the voice navigation. You will be constantly analysed, and the learning curve will make you very disciplined.

I love this Nike+ Kinect Training workout. It has options to quick start too. Plus it really works your core too. I do this on the days I can't get to the gym. It is worth every penny.

I got Nike+ Kinect Training for my other half and she thinks it's top notch. There's a high number of varied exercises and tailored workouts which seem to be keeping her on her toes and away from the biscuit tin!

Nike+ Kinect Training has a few bugs, like sometimes the instructor goes quiet, but most of the time the program is as great as it should be.

Nike+ Kinect Training is a really good fitness game. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a personalised work out programme focussing on areas you really want to improve in. However, you need to have about 10 feet of space between you and the Kinect and a good 8 feet of space parallel to it. I tried using the Nyko adaptor to reduce the amount of space required but I found the program did not work properly with it. Don't buy if you are lacking space!

In the beginning I was thinking that Nike+ Kinect Training was a game like the ones you find on the Wii, which are more like yoga than sport. Here you have to really push yourself to make the exercises, and at the end you will need a shower.

The Nike+ Kinect Training is excellent and worth every penny. It's a personalised training plan for beginners and gym bods alike. This is like having a real trainer in the room with you providing constant reinforcement and encouragement. Just make sure you have plenty of space!
