New Art Academy is an excellent art software to be used on the go or laying on the sofa. I found the lessons to be very good, and starting with basically zero skill level, I am almost every time amazed at the results of my own drawings! I really am learning how to draw and paint. Free paint is also very good, you can use your pictures from memory card as a model. I can honestly recommend this anyone interested in learning or alreadya skilled artist. The software seems to be very good at emulating oil, acrylic and pencils also different canvases. Though you wont find "Draw a circle tool" as this is not a photoshop. The only drawback is the 3ds screen size. I think XL is at least recommended to be used with it.
