I wasn't expecting to have this much fun with Port Royale 3: Pirates and Merchants, but it's great. You have to love the fact that it gives you options to be a pirate/adventurer or to be a merchant. The map is big and the options are great.

Excellent old school game. Nicely done and well balanced. Nothing for the COD generation, though.

I simply love this game. To have the ability to chose between the pirate or the merchant career is very clever and adds much to the gameplay. I also like the very fine graphics in 1080. I would definitely recommend it.
