excellent vintage who. Pertwee by far is my favorite doctor and this is a very good 70"s who episode.. Perry Pittman
Another excellent release from the Jon Pertwee years of Dr Who, another series where the doctor is stranded on Earth, and the stories do not suffer as a result of this. Concentrating on the premise of delegates from another world who can kill by touch, this focuses on the doctor trying to bring things to a peaceful conclusion before the death toll rises. Considering this is a digital clean up, it shows how much the original tapes must have deteriorated, as the colours can be hazy in some episodes, so this tweak is very welcome, if you are a fan of the Jon Pertwee era, this is a must have for your collection.
Something has gone seriously wrong with Mars Probe 7. With no contact from the astronauts since the rocket started its final decay in orbit. Dr Who is once again in the thick of it, there's loads of danger, yet what is that to a time lord who laughs in the face of alien presence. Watch it if you dare, this is Dr Who at his best. "YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!"
I love these early 70's Doctor Who shows - they have decent quality to them that is unreservedly timeless, and once you put this DVD disc in to play, you'll be there until the finish. Dr Who's Ambassador of Death is an exciting example of the new era of the series, which brought humour along with many slices of danger at every corner. You will be completely absorbed into the action of the show.
