Considering the price and the small size of this HMDX JAM Bluetooth Portable Speaker, it is a remarkably good performer.

I am not very happy with the HMDX JAM Bluetooth Portable Speaker - Grey. However, my knowledge of Bluetooth is not to professional standards. I eventually connected the speaker but it kept on breaking up and cutting out completely. I tried different solutions but still had the same problem. I have a laptop with external HDD containing the music. My laptop does not have Bluetooth so I use a dongle. Could this be the problem or am I lacking in knowledge?!
