Very happy with my new PS4. Very slick and full of great new features. The only reason it has 4 out of 5 is because the head phones for the controller don't work

Epic gaming console that does everything you want and more...........

Wanted a PS4 and found Zavvi was currently the best deal out there. It arrived by special delivery before the expected delivery date and have no complaints whatsoever. 5 star service!

The console itself was a great buy .. Happy with service, drawback only being that we were unaware that PS4 had same as X-Box with Playstation plus .. Incurring a cost for online usage. Graphics great

the delivery dates I heard were very quick for this sight but from personal experience there is quite a good chance they won't dispatch it on time. Though I say this the quality of all there products is good.
