Customer services could have been better.

This was my first Zavvi purchase, and still holds up as being one of my favorite product purchases so far. An amazing cinematic masterpiece from Roger Corman, and his first foray into what would become 7 films based on the writings of Edgar Allan Poe, as well as a truly sterling performance by Vincent Price as the tormented Roderick Usher. All packaged as a steelbook Bluray release with an amazing inclusion of film extras, and package cover artwork that is second to none for those of us who are lovers of classic horror cinema. This steelbook release takes pride of place and is proudly displayed & mounted on my shelf as a work of art. Kudos to Arrow Video & Zavvi for this steelbook release. Highly recommended.
