Based on a reviews of Region 1 version I have bought this trilogy box. Unfortunatelly it doesn't contain same stuff like R1. Pitch Black is presented only in the theatrical cut unlike R1 which contains also 3 minutes longer Director's Cut. Dark Fury is only on DVD (but R1 is the same). Chronicles of Riddick is presented in extended Director's Cut with all bonuses from 2-DVD version. But R1 Bluray contains also in many details different theatrical cut. Excelent movies in a not so much excellent collection.

both good movies, if you like sf action, a good buy

I bought this when it was only 6 pounds, great picture quality and very interesting concept of special features, I love those log files where they track and try to catch Riddick through the universe. I don't know if it comes with a slipcover, mine was without. I'm not satisfied with the resolution of the cartoon, but instead of that great box set.

It was spellbinding from beginning to the end.

Good release here, the original films on Blu-Ray plus the animated short on DVD. Quality is good, lots of special features to enjoy, and some good artwork on the cover. Can't complain with this one!

For me the first and third installments are the best one by far. Love the setting and acting of vin diesel. It's also a great deal on the trilogy.

A must have for any science fiction fan!

Had these on DVD, got a good deal to buy a set on Blu-Ray. Happy I purchased set as the difference on Blu-Ray is great.
