I've got to say 369 for an Xbox one is a great offer it's almost as cheap as the playstation 4 Xbox ftw

This was the best gift I've ever given it is value for the money and is cheaper than any leading shop and it's just the best if you think of buying anything from this shop buy it because they have a warm heart and are the best shop in town even better than GAME the store it's just aaah just cannot be said in any words even if your buying it for yourself it's a bargain and a heck of a life saver

Zavvi service and delivery was excellent! However very disappointed with the product itself. I was looking forward to the new so called "All in one" entertainment experience that Microsoft had promised with the Xbox one. My experience is that it is more of a downgrade that an upgrade compared to the Xbox 360. Many of the basic features that the 360 offered have been removed such as:- 1. The ability to rip CD's and listen to music whilst playing games. 2. Sky App no longer available 3. Widows Media Centre no longer available. 3. user interface very cluttered and difficult to navigate. These are just a few very annoying factors that I have discovered so far, I am extremely disappointed with the way Microsoft has focused on driving their customers to use their own software products.

Very good console well worth the money.

I decided to buy an Xbox One because most PS4 consoles were out of stock and their prices were getting higher. So far I'm loving my Xbox One and it does not deserve the bad reputation given to them. Now the console has a price drop and with the Xbox One and Kinect for £369.99, it's a much better value than the PS4.
