Disney's version of Robin Hood is one of my favourite films of all time, so to say I was excited to get this Blu-Ray was an understatement, and it does not disappoint. The picture and sound quality is excellent, and while some people bemoan Disney's sketchy art style which they adopted in the sixties and seventies, I think it really works here and gives the loveable animal characters a lot of personality. The story will be familiar to most, but having all the characters played by animals was a genius move. I especially like Lady Cluck and the Rooster. The songs are some of the catchiest in any Disney film and I dare you not to be humming them for days afterwards. The Steelbook is particularly gorgeous as well, with a pleasing embossed effect. Some of Zavvi's releases in this area have been a bit uninspired but the design here is rather lovely. Could do with some more extras, but hey. I'm not complaining.

Great Disney classic in a beautiful green steelbook; full gloss, no less. A worthy addition to any steelbook collector's collection.

High quality steelbook. The best looking disney steelbook out there inside and out. Artwork looks much better in person than on site. Very pleased.

just got it this morning & what can i say its a great looking steelbook & came in mint condition. to be honest its not a title i have seen b4 but will watch it tonight keep up the good work on the steelbooks there brill!!!

Well I am so sad these sold out so fast , I did not even get one But honestly it is absolutley stunning and the Artwork Is beyond cool .... Zavvi really out did expectations on this steelbook , They should feel proud of such a fine piece , A TRUE Collectors Delight Disneys Robinhood , glad to see zavvi is putting out classics . I really hope there will be one left for me :) Also would love love zavvi to put out Pirates of The Caribbean 1-4 region free In artwork that's like this , with high gloss , embossing with really cool thought artwork . Them I'd like to twilight , new moon , eclipse , breaking dawn 1&2 all seperate steels region free In some better artwork than what's in the countries right now Like to also see all the Scream 1-4 in seperate steels region free Hope someday soon zavvi will be able to list all regions for each steelbook It always says B and do many times there region free . But would like to know , prior to purchase , actual all regions . Also I think all Artwork should be final before going live ..... Well here's my long winded review , very nice piece that needs to be in all collectors Collections very fine !!!
