Alien, the best horror/sci fi movie that spawned a multitude of spin offs that never matched original. I was a young lad when I watched this and it scared me. 25 years later, viewing it on a 6 foot screen thanks to my projector (how times have moved on) and it still scared me. I've bought all 4 films on steelbook and they look great. Top marks!

Its nothing to say about the film. One of the best SciFi/Horror films that were ever made. Lets talk about the Steelbook. Its a classic Steelbook design. It has a matt black finish. On the front of the Steelbook in the middle position, the famous egg is shown. The Word "ALIEN" ist embossed. That really looks great. One the side of the Steelbook the Word "Alien" ist printed. The backart shows Ripleys face and the "Alien" face. Inside of the Steelbook you`ve got a picture of the "Awaking" scene at the Spaceship Nostromo. It looks really nice. Conclusion: I you have allready the Alien Anthology. You don`t have to buy this. But if you start to collect the Alien Series like me, its good to begin with this Collection that Zavvi sells. I am very happy with this buy.

This is an amazing movie. A must own for Alien fans. Art is simple but works with the others in the collection. Instant purchase at the price.

Much like the other steel box editions of the alien franchise, this one does not disappoint. The steel box itself is nice with a bit of embossing on the text and is well constructed. As for the film, they have really done a great job of restoring the original, I'd say its better than its sequel aliens as it doesn't have as much grain as that one. Like with all the other editions there are both the original and a special edition version which features some additional scenes which do add some substance to an already great film.

The item came faster than expected and came exactly how i pictured it. It was in perfect condition and the steel book design is awesome. Awesome!

Great steelbook design, remaster is in great condition. Definitely recommend to an Alien fan.

Steelbook: Fantastic! Transfer: Unbelievable!. Aliens didn't even come close to this one! Extras: 5 stars. Conclusion: 5 stars! this can't be better!
