The artwork for this steelbook is what attracted me the most. The image definitely shows the D-Day beaches in a romantic way. The steelbook comes with a second blu ray disc with special features, which is always a bonus. A beautiful steelbook, worthy of being added to the shelf of any collector.

Good film and all star cast, although wasn't clear it was a black and white film. Still the action was excellent for its age.

Stunning Steelbook edition of the classic war epic The Longest Day, possible one of the greatest recreations of a battlefield cinema has produced. This blu-ray edition looks fantastic and the design of the steelbook itself is probably one of my favourite currently in Zavvi's catalogue.

Stellar cast these are movies for keeps excellent steelbook. I would have to say that nothing else can be said other than they cannot make them like this anymore.

This movie is in my top 10 all time favorites. .A all-star cast with multiple locations gives this film it's immense epic feeling. I can watch this film multiple times without getting tired of it. The packaging is fantastic ! I love the steelbook. The film itself has great sound and picture quality. I can't say enough good things about The Longest Day other Than I suggest everybody to buy this film you won't be sorry.

Any war buff will tell you that this a great and accurate account of the D Day Landings and the changing tide of WW2. A must for any film and war film fan
