Very good series, nicely packaged and the collector's booklet is very nice.lovely series well worth a watch..good value on zavvi I enjoyed this series a lot

I've yet to actually watch it, but as usual the DVD set was the cheapest I've seen, including postage and arrived overseas in just over a week. Highly recommended.

The Changes was a classic cult sci-fi series for children's TV in the mid1970's. But with themes that go beyond just for children, you can see why the BFI has recently re-issued the series, now it has gained cult status. The plot follows one girl who survives on her own after the whole planet is disrupted by violence against and intolerance of any technology or machinery. She eventually links up with others who help the drama along. You have to put up with implausible plot lines, but it isn't a million miles from the adult series - The Survivors. Well worth a viewing if you like a survivors-type drama.
