The groundbreaking movie Avatar can be found here in breathtaking color with a steelbook to match. Vibrant colors and excellent image choices for the coverart and the inside art Zavvi's limited edition package includes the 3D format, and Avatar is one of the few movies that truly makes full use of the 3D cinematography. Of note, this package includes two discs: one is a PAL format DVD and the other is a BD with BOTH the 2D and the 3D presentations included. For U.S. importers, this disc is region A/B/C and the 2D version played flawlessly in my region A-locked North American PS3. Highly recommended.

As a film lover and dedicated collector of movies, this film ranks as one of the best that money can buy. OK, not for the story, the plot isn't the strongest but that means absolutely nothing when you see the visual effects that this 3D version offers - it's simply mind blowing; you'll have to watch it multiple times to see. For the money, this movie in 3D is a must have. Turn down the lights, turn up the volume, open a beer and enjoy.

One of the best 3D films I have watched!!!

Only 4 stars cause the movie itself is quite disappointing, basicely a rough poor artefact of Dances with Wolves and somehow ridiculous dialogues quite often. Technical quality though is outstanding : the movie, the picture and soud quality and the visual of the steelbook are awesome. Perhaps the choice of the front is arguable. Oh and... no bonus disc?? Come on!

Been waiting to try 3D tv with a proper 3D movie. None better than Avatar! Excellent! best price, even better than auction websites!

3D on 4k looks excellent, specially on large screen TV

After being blown away by the iMax experience when the movie came out, I have to confess that I couldn't watch the 2D without feeling disappointed Glad to say though that now I have a 3D tv, it's a pleasure to feel Cameron's epic vision again, as it was intended. A cracking adventure, my daughter and I love it (even if it's a little too 'low-brow for my missus :)

Not much to say just that the service was excellent , great delivery . While the product itself must be the best film ever made stunning in 3D and a steal at the price.

Probably the best Steelbook edition of this awesome movie available right now. Artwork and embossed title is nice and the 3D is a bonus. Now just need a steelbook for the extended edition!!
