I bought these as it was time to get rid of my threadbare, well loved addidas trainers. I bought soley on price and didn't realy expect much. To my surprise they are excellent. They are very well made and are really supprtive. I have not had to wear them in because they have been very comfortable from the get go. Footwear is a personal thing and I might have just been very lucky finding a pair that I love. I have been so impressed that I have ordered another pait, orange and grey. I would wholeheartedly recommend this product especially at the price that I pay. It's a steal.

I have had these trainers for a week,and have used them from the go. I primarily got these for walking/jogging in the outdoors,and have found them not to be upto the challenge of different outdoor terrains (concrete,track&field). I have just recently taken up speed walking/jogging, and knew that footwear is the most important part of your gear,but at the price i just could not help myself!. My advice would be if you want a descent pair of trainers for indoor activities (running, weight training,squash etc),i would recommend these trainers,But if you want to get serious about outdoor activities(running, jogging,track) i would invest in a good pair of Asics gel trainers.

I bought for training in the gym. Convenient and high-quality shoes for a good price.

These trainers are my second Gola pair I've bought. They fit really well, and are excllent for running, which is the main reason I bought them.
