I'm not normally one for fitness DVDs and would usually go to exercise classes but I gave this DVD a go and can honestly say unreal work out or what!!! I can feel the burn instantly in the first few rounds nevermind at the end! It's great and a must for anyone who doesn't fancy classes or a gym!! Ive got at least three others in my office to buy and they agree!!
