An amazing game! Almost as good as Arkham City.

First off amazing game, 10 out of 10 and highly recommended. I can't give a full review of this edition however because I ordered this game with the red hood and harlequin DLC three weeks prior to the release date of the game. The release date came and no game turned up at my door. I contacted zavvi only to be told that they no longer supplied the edition I ordered but would send me this one instead. Furious, I wrote a complaint detailing how disappointed I was with the customer service, only hearing of this on the release date, after I had to contact them not vice versa, I could have potentially missed the DLC or had to pay more, etc, etc... After returning it, their reply to my complaint was simply "Thank you for contacting us." The game itself it's simply fantastic, from the graphics to the story to even the little Easter eggs. All of this makes the game the best in the series by far but unfortunately I can't give my opinion on the steelbox edition because Zavvi are a joke of a company. The game is a must buy, although I recommend buying it elsewhere.
