An elegant and a beautifully vivid steelbook for an all time classic film. This 3 disc special edition is a must have.

Very good movie, great blu-ray set

This steelbook is so awesome, the red and orange fits so well with the movie. Just great, the movie is of course awesome aswell. Martin Sheen in his primetime!

Possibly the most beautiful steelbook I own, very nice artwork and shine. With both versions of the film remastered wonderfully and the Hearts of Darkness making of, it's got all you need. Only issue I have is the seeming lack of subtitles, which was an issue for me when trying to understand the French characters in the Redux version.

From great acting, especially from wacky Robert Duvall, to mysteriously presented storyline where Charlie Sheen has to take care of Marlon Brando. You see beautiful sets and so many absurd but believable scenes that this makes Apocalypse Now the best Vietnam movie. 5/5

The picture on the steelbook itself is somehow too red so the rendering of the beautiful sunset is just a tad disappointing. Yet the quality (and quantity ! both original and redux plus the bonus material) of this set is just what this masterpiece movie required.

To be honest, I usually buy steel books that I like the look of more than anything, add them to my collection, only to be looked at, never to be watched. However I didn't realise that this blu Ray came three discs packing in a huge amount of special features, which is usually my favourite part of blu Rays, especially if you get old films because more often than not they've recently added content. I enjoy that retropspective style when you have the directors or actors talking about the film 20 years down the line. Obviously the films amazing, I must have watched that like 40 times. But also the quality of the steel book and art work is top notch and it's a really beautiful case. Well done!
