Very pleased with this product. Glad that I opted for the 1TB model as some of the games are a bit memory-hungry. Controller is nice and comfy in the hands. Games look great. The only downside is that sometimes you have to wait for updates to install, unlike with previous consoles where you could just get straight on and play the game, but overall this isn't too much of an issue. As regards the service from Zavvi, I have no complaints. Good value compared to other retailers. It was easy to purchase and pay online. Everything was processed promptly and arrived within a few days of being purchased. Very pleased and would buy from here again.
