Come on guys, at least wait until you've got the product before you do a whole review! Personally think the artwork looks great and I love the spine. Something a bit different at least. Either way this is a limited edition and a must-have for any steelbook collection!

Nice film and beautiful artwork; not sure why so many are complaining? Guess they don't get out much...

I haven't seen the film, and I'll most likely give it a rental or something once it comes out. I just wanted to say how amusing it is to read people slagging off this release like it was produced by Satan himself. The Star Wars films all merge into one for me, anyway.

This is literally the greatest steelbook I have ever seen... I doubt I'll even watch the film, just sit and stare at this cover for days on end. I am that impressed that I've had to order another copy so I've one for each eye and additional copy for each room of the house. A little upset that they don't match my 1997 Special Edition VHS release but I'm sure like all Zavvi steelbooks, it will only increase in value and I can flood eBay and make my fortune.

This new entry is fresh, Abrams really delivers with what Star Wars has always been about, the visual story telling. This film is certainly the most visually breathtaking of the franchise, although it doesn't have the emotional pull of Empire to put it up top. Many are criticizing it for being "a remake" of a new hope. This one has an interesting villain (Kylo Ren, I didn't care for Snoke), Darth Vader is literally just this huge obstacle that the hero must overcome, which works for those films but other than Darth Vader being really cool and menacing, there isn't much depth to him, especially in ANH. As to the quality of the steelbook, have no doubt about that. I have bought quite a few zavvi steelbooks and zavvi is definitely the best option to buy steelbooks from. Zavvi always delivers steelbooks in prestine quality with excellent and protective packaging.

Oh boo hoo about the artwork, It looks flipping wizard. "Oh the spine looks wrong!", "HAVE A NORMAL SPINE!!!" Waah waah. Your spine looks wrong. This is a wizard film and the steelbook looks wizard as well. You whingers need to shut the flip up and just buy it. AND THEN GET A NORMAL SPINE!!!
