Michael Mann's 1995 crime/heist/thriller is a modern classic, and this steelbook release does it justice. An absolutely essential addition to any film collection. BUY THIS FILM!

"Heat" is the best Michael Mann and heist film ever made, it is superb, brilliantly acted by DeNiro and Pacino and with a supporting cast that includes Tom Sizemore, Ashley Judd, Val Kilmer, Jon Voight and Mykelti Williamson to name a few. The cinematography by Dante Spinoti is remastered beautifully and the skyline of LA looks stunning on the inside of the steel book and on Blu ray itself. Brilliant stuff. Excellent alround.

Received both pieces in excellent condition. This is Masterwork of cinema at it's very high quality. What can you basically say about this movie & not leave anything out. Just excellent in every way. 2disc loads of extra stuff. Just Top. Like the steel the city placed in the figures themselves on a steelbook that doesn't need to much just enough to place this cult classic in our collection.

Heat is a formidable movie. Pacino + DeNiro = magic! Super criminal versus super cop, both with knowledge that their lifestyles revolve around their chosen professions and nothing else is really allowed to get in the way. As the movie goes on we see what each will sacrifice in order to do what they do. Possible the greatest shoot out ever? You decide but for me it is to date Steel book art work is amazing and extras well worth the upgrade!

Great graphics on the cover and of course the film is awesome anyway. The delivery was perfect, as it always is with Zavvi - though there was a delay they kept me informed and my account gave me the tracking. Easy to buy, perfect delivery, great graphics and awesome film. M
