I’ve worked night shifts for fifteen years, and suffered from shift work sleep disorder (SWSD) for the past three. I’ve been using the Lumie Arabica Lightbox paired with Terminator UV-400 glasses for two weeks and have seen a vast improvement to my sleep issues. 30-60 minutes of bright light at breakfast to simulate sunshine, and 2-3 hours wearing the glasses before bedtime (to block blue light) has enabled me to resume a relatively normal sleep/wake routine with greatly reduced fatigue. Highly recommended!
