I've seen this film so many times - twice at the cinema, many times on VHS and DVD - but this new Blu-ray from Arrow is certainly the best home video version I've ever seen. The level of detail is stunning and I've seen things I've never noticed before, especially on the approach to the pig farm sequence. The transfer has a very fine film grain and the colour detail is fabulous. So glad I bought this latest release. Go Arrow!

I watched the remake when it came out and had forgotten about the original movie. This is the original movie and holds up well to any modern horror film. The story is told well, the acting is well done. If you have never seen this original movie then it's about time you gave it a shot. In my opinion you will not be disappointed.
