I never fancied this one initially as I knew of the TV series from the 80's and thought..here we go again with this "remake" cliche again. But as I liked Denzel Washington so much I decided to bite the bullet so to speak. Well I am glad I did this is such a great film and on the UHD disc is the uncut version of the film. looks excellent too on UHD. Service with Zavvi perfect, sent in good time and arrived in brand new condition.

Prompt delivery from order picture quality on this 4k disk is really good didn't expect it to be as good as it was

I'm grateful to Xavi for being able to purchase Blu-ray titles at a lower price than usual through events such as weekend sales and Halloween sales. I think "The Equalizer - 4K Ultra HD" is a fun enough movie to act without being overly violent. I like Denzel Washington, so I think I will continue to buy movies with him. Unlike the North American Blu-ray titles, the titles sold by Zavi have paper cases (O-ring cases) on the outside of the plastic case, so the titles are good because they are not damaged during delivery.

The Equalizer's a lot of fun. If you're into the type of action-thriller flick like Taken (and many other Liam Neeson films!), then this comes higly recommended. No doubt, Denzel Washington gives this a movie a mightly lift above the usual modern-day action film.

Great action movie/thriller Denzel at his best. 4K picture quality is just outstanding
