A stunning to look at show, well suited to hi def and blu ray. Great first series of the latest Trek , glad to see the set has many extras unlike many series shown in netflix that are released bare bones (looking at you Marvel Netflix) Two thumbs up !

Perfect, so much better to see it on Blu-ray then on Netflix. The picture and sound are much better.

Great looking steelbook. Well presented 4 disc set with interior artwork of the USS Discovery. Picture and sound are crisp, much better than streaming with Netflix HDR. Story wise, it does slow a bit after the great two-part pilot but it does pick up again with last few episodes of the season. And it does end in typical Trek fashion on a cliffhanger... Fingers crossed for the upcoming Season 2 steelbook...
