Stunning video quality that brings true justice to Mizoguchi's stunning cinematography and camera movements.The movie still holds up easily today and lives up to it's Masterpiece status and worthy inclusion in the Criterion series. The booklet inside is icing on the cake as it provides tons of extra information and insight.
