This movie is by far the best looking dragonball movie to date. Animation is fluid and the times they use cg is blended rather well, aside from a few instances. The story starts with the main characters as children and writes broly into the main story very well, going into why he is how he is and what motivates him and his father. It also shows more of bardock and his story and also shows the story of bardock. The fight scenes are amazing to watch and each punch has real impact compared to the super anime. They are animated beautifully. My main drawbacks are the origin stuff could've been explored more as it was the part I found most interesting and I felt that if the film was longer they could've explored that story. Also the last fight while fantastic is over a bit too quickly and could've been a couple of minutes longer
